The young lady whom I had not seen before did a stellar job of my regular hygiene visit and deep clean of a problem tooth. She explained everything step by step and was completely professional. Always reassuring with dental visits in particular. I'm going back in two weeks for a follow up exam and actually feel quite comfortable with it.
Me and my family have been patients of Dr. V. Ferdkoff for years. Even when I lived out of state, I would return and plan my dental visit around my stay in IL. My recent experience January 2016 was excellent as usual!Awesome care, quick and painless. Thank you Dr. Ferdkoff and staff!!! :-))
I have been dodging the dentist for years due to very bad experiences. Needless to say my teeth are a mess. I had to get a deep cleaning (which is not pleasant) and the Doctor performed it. I was the last appointment at 5:00PM and I could tell the Doctor was ready to go home. They called me a 4:30 to let me know that I can come in early because the Doctor was ready for me.
