Great folks who are very educated and so happy to help.
Frigga needs lots of baths, she's a service dog, we are always greeted in a way we feel more then welcome! The staff is kind and friendly as well as helpful. I really like the outdoor blow dry ... The price is more then fair!!
Brought our pupper in for a wash today after a hard morning at the dog park. Staff was lovely-- wash price was a little steep but I'm happy to support independent business when I can, and everyone there is clearly as enamored with dogs as I am. :) The gentleman who helped us cleaned her ears and face as though she were his own, and we had way too much fun squeegling over her cuteness as she did her best to escape our efforts at stealing her hard-won mud. The people at SBDW were so friendly and accommodating when my dog got skunked yesterday. They helped me bathe her and made me feel right at home even when my dog was clearly stinking up the place. I can't recommend them enough and I will definitely be back.
This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly, and never act like you or your excited dog are a hassle. They are knowledgeable and there is always someone around to ask questions or for help. The baths are so reasonably priced, and I love that they give you shampoos and conditioners pre-diluted in bottles (so you just squirt the whole thing on and lather)!
