Great care. Felt so much better after my treatment here.
I had a very warm and pleasant experience with the Kelly who attended to me. He was very detailed and meticulous. He exhibited a significant sense of humor while conducting his job professionally.
Chiquita the Radiology Nurse was outstanding. She showed initiative and kindness by recognizing that I had two MRI appointments but with at least a two hour wait in between them. She arranged for both to be done at the same time and called me at home to tell me thus saving me lots of wait time. Well done Chiquita!!
Sitting with my Father in Urgent Care this morning and I am honestly shocked by the completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior of the front desk staff. The receptionist, Tonya, was loudly joking with another staff member about beating someone up in a grocery store-specially in the milk aisle-with a gallon of milk. Another staff member named "Bridge" chimed in that she'd rather used canned goods because "it would hurt more".
