My primary doctor made a referral to Dr Caylor for surgery to remove my gallbladder. Dr Caylor was great at our consultation appointment. However, after I submitted numerous pieces of medical information, I could not after multiple attempts get a phone call back from his office regarding scheduling for the surgery. Now I have to pay a bill for a consultation for a surgery that will not be done. I would give Dr Caylor 5 stars but the follow up only 1 star.
I made an appointment with Willis Nichols for surgery..My mom needed her gallbladder remove by emergency so we went to him.Their was no procedures followed no information given for the surgery no instructions..They gave her a prescription for pain and antibiotics wich was never send to the closest pharmacy...His receptionist call us with the date of the surgery with just the date and time..she didnt tell us no instruction prior the surgery..no test was done no questions ask..when we get to the hospiTal for surgery it was can... read more
