Brought my daughter here because it’s close to my house. I loss my mom and sister 2025 which means my daughter loss her one and only grandma and aunt. We went to the initial appointment it was ok no issues. The second appointment not so good this was back during the winter when it was raining if you’ve been to this office then you know that the parking lot is small because there’s several other businesses in that same parlor plus when it rains it gets flooded. Just got evaluated from this place about my middle back pain. It hurts so much to the point where when I move a certain way it hurts which creates limited movement. The doctor came in and asked if I hurt it by falling or bumping into something. I said no then she prescribed me muscle relaxers to take and left. I was hoping she could've went into more depth to the reason why it hurts maybe its a muscle spasm or a muscle strain. Finally I ask for a doctor's note for 2 days Thursday and Friday because I dont work Tuesday or Wed... read more

The providers are good. The front office lady with blonde hair is that rudest receptionist I’ve ever encounter with at CSV.
Had the most horrible experience at this WIBLE road clinic. I was put in a room after two hours of my appointment time, and then had to wait another half hour for he provider to come in with such a rush mode. No apologies from anybody. The excuse I got when I asked was that they only had two rooms. Horrible experience
