Sadly, we have been unable to contact anybody at this office and they are the only ones that have all of the paperwork for our Visa that we have been waiting for years for. Please, Shilpi or Craig can you get in touch with us? I’m very sorry about Chris but was told that we would receive some communication about what was going on and we have not had anything. I have emailed but no response
I have paid the acceptance fee for them to process a visa $2,200 in February 23,2026, owner apparently passed away and SHILPI the Case Officer who received my payment has not reimburse me yet of my money. No visa has been processed and unable to contact them now. Multiple email and phone calls not being answered.
