Well first I want to acknowledge that everybody I worked with was nice, especially Clayton. But I ran into a major of hiccup with Abel, the manager. First, he brings out paperwork stating that I would be paying $1141 on a $52000 Nissan z performance for 72 months, totaling 82k and he didn’t even run my credit, he said that’s the average credit at that site. I worked with Madison at the Pre-owned and we had a wonderful experience. The entire transaction was professional and smooth. All the staff we dealt with were attentive and polite. The vehicle itself was super clean and in a great shape. One difference I experienced was that, Madison was extremely reasonable with her sales pitch and we did not experience the usual push that we see with the car dealerships. That one thing elevated the whole experience from good to delight for us. Thank you!

Dealing with Sergio was a frustrating experience. He was pushy, dismissive of my concerns, and more focused on upselling than listening to what I actually needed. His tactics felt manipulative, and I left feeling like I couldn’t trust anything he said. If you’re looking for a straightforward and honest car-buying experience, steer clear of him.

Originally had a not good experience with a young salesman. A week later, the sales manager called me back and hooked me up. We were able to make a deal over the phone and I just had to go in to sign documents and pick up my car. Excellent customer service on the managers part. I believe the salesman was just a bit too inexperienced, but all was fixed and ill check here first for my next vehicle.
