South galvanizing have disrespectful, liar, incompetent manager and employees! They promise to galvanized my tree gate and never touch it, left outside rusted and they didn't contact us, wasted 3 days and 2 nights waiting for it! But thanks God we found AZZ GALVANIZING Chattanooga jasper tn just 40 min away from this company! They are reliable and inexpensive and respectful, honest and can do the job!! Change your mind now!!! AZZ is better, I mean the best!!!!
3 day turns? Can’t find anyone who can do this kind of production, while sales and customer support is of their highest priority. This company is willing to run steel to meet downstream schedule demands. I’m not sure the reviews before know how to spell, or that you can still galvanize surface rusted steel as long as pitting hasn’t began. SAG is a hard to find in the commercial world, that’s for sure.
We were told on average galvanized handrail job would be completed in 4-5 hours. We're still waiting after 6+ hours. Very very very discurtious, and considering that we've driven from West Georgia (3hrs away) with a deadline. They could be more informative about the product completion and definately have more people skills. I'm still waiting... ... ... Liars and no respect! They never call that they cant dip our gate for almost 3 days laying under the sun and rain, it got rusted! The plant Manager is very unprofessional and very jelous guy. And even cursed me for nothing! If there is -00 star ill give -0 for there service and professionalism. There's AZZ galvanize only 45 min away from them very professional and respectful...
