I lived in a 2 bed apartment in South Algiers for ~ four years and would highly recommend this property. Fernanda, the building manager, is kind, professional, and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. Had I not received a job offer in a different city, I would have stayed here longer!

Water supply is off every other day. The heating system doesn't work properly. There is only one elevator for more than 40 families, and it goes out of service during tenant moves. The laundry room has only 3 washers and 3 dryers for more than 40 families. The basement locker room leaks water, or the ceiling is falling apart! Guest parking is always blocked by garbage bins or maintenance equipment. Balcony doors are of poor quality, and the doorknobs don't work properly. This is an apartment building right in the heart of Toronto with indoor parking and parking for visitors. I've had friends staying here for many years. A few blocks away from the Forest Hill village and from the ravine path. Half a block from shopping on St Clair and also just a few blocks from all of the fun stuff on Yonge Street.
