Been a customer off and on for almost 15 years (or whenever they opened their store in Matthews). Used to shop in person when I lived in Charlotte and have also ordered from them. Best biltong in the states, wide selection of products, and excellent customer service.
I went there bought some stuff l was charged some items l bought the items shows on my receipt when l went home some stuff were missing and tried to reach to the shop they just ignored my question. At least if someone say something very disappointed wont buy there again. Thank you!!

We have been ordering from this store for at least 10 years and love it! The customer service is top notch, the variety is excellent and the Biltong & Droewors are amazingly delicious! We live in Alaska so our shipping needs are a bit special - these guys have been great with working to get us what we need. Thank you for being great!
