Make sure you go read Yelp reviews for most recent feedback. By far the rudest company I've ever dealt with in my life. I tried calling their corporate office at 972-243-7648 and got nowhere. We had bums living in our trash room on the 4th floor. The gate is always broken so people come and go as they please. We've had things stolen off our doorsteps. It's crazy.
