Today is the first time I've ordered take out from the South 40 and boy do they know how to do take out!! All containers were labeled and the provided a separate bag with absolutely every needed supply and condiment, plus a few extra fun goodies 😊 and the food was hot and ready exactly at the time I requested.
The service is good, the atmosphere is cozy and the food is amazing! I will def be going back for the all you can eat crab!!
Food is delicious and hits the spot. The salad bar is the best one that I've been to in Eastern MT. I would hands down recommended to all my friends.

Their was 5 of us, and only 3 of us got our meals. A child didn’t receive his kids meal, and an adult didn’t receive her prime rib. The waitress came back saying they found their food. That the kids burger would be out in 2 mins. 10 mins pass and still no burger. So we said just keep it the child is leaving. The waitress brought the prime rib out and said it was the last piece, it was dry and cold, we told them to take it back. I’ve never seen such a disgusting piece of meat. Just a Great all around place to kick back , With Good Folks , Good Food , And Plenty of COLD BEER ….
Went to eat lunch there. I don’t call food made from the microwave home cooked! Very disappointed in all of it. We left 3/4 of our food on our plates. Will NEVER go back!
