Michelle is the lady who work the front desk at Soutel Optical who is very unprofessional. She can not read because when she calls my last name she can not pronounce it and it is very simple. After three weeks waiting for glasses I final get the call to come pick them up. So I ask Michelle when is a good time to come and pick up. She states office hours are 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. So I get there around 11:00 am and know one is in the office. I m so #\$%\$ right now. Last time I do business here.
The employees there are very rude and nasty when you call to ask about anything. They will hang up in your face when you start asking questions.The service was horrible.Please do not go to Soutel Optical because they are bad business.I m my business elsewhere.
