The main reason that we signed up with Source Pest Control was that the sales represeative promised we can cancel the service at anytime without penalty. Needless to say, I was shocked to learn that it wasn't the case. After requesting service cancellation after 4 service calls, I was told by Source that we signed a one-year agreement and need to pay $110+ if we want to cancel before the contract expired. A young man named Cody just did the service for our home. I just wanted to let you know what a great Rep you have in him. He did a great job and asked if we had any other problems. I thought Fabio was the best, but he has some competition. Cody was thorough and very personable. We appreciate that Source Pest Control has competent service people.
