Shipped the wrong part (listed incorrectly on their website) wasted mechanics 2 hours, returned the part with a note requesting full refund. No response. Emailed. No response, called on phone, to an old guy who seemed to have never used a computer. He reset computer and hung up on me and no answer when calling back. They later only refunded me 90$ for 150$ charge when they had the part listed incorrectly. Bad company, little accountability
Bad cancelled my order after a full week of waiting when they had told me it was shipping out the day before !
I made purchase 4 days ago yet there's no response waiting for email no body picking up the phone and no one responded my emails.
I ordered parts online and waited a week, come to find out the parts were no longer available. A week of down time cost me a lot. No I have to reorder parts from somewhere else, who knows how long that will take. So keep adding downtime to the week. They should never have parts available for sale if they aren't available.
I have worked with the S1 team for a over half a year now. They are incredible guys, hard workers, and an amazing product. Fast shipping times, excellent customer service, wheats not to love! They will help you with any questions you may have.
