I’ve been training with John and Sam for the past 6 weeks or so and I’d have to say I’m very pleased. The type of attention to detail the instructors give you to properly and effectively train is one of a kind. My whole purpose in getting started with Source 1 was to become stronger, more efficient and safe training with kettlebells/weights and within the small timeframe I’ve been here, this place is checking all the boxes and more. Training here has changed my life. In learning so many new techniques, and taking my strength and conditioning to the next level, John Spezzano’s instruction continues to uplift and inspire. Source 1 is also just a lot of fun! Always a pleasure to see everyone. As it says on the wall “Pain is a part of life, misery is optional.”

I've been at Source 1 for a few months and can't speak highly enough of the place. Apart from being highly knowledgable, John and the other trainers are so attentive and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. The cost is an incredible deal considering how much personal attention and custom planning they give you. If you're looking for a place to train that's effective, fun and has all around great people, this is it.
