My experience was great when I got it replaced. It was quick and pretty cheap! My screen was very sensitive and would work in some spots. I dropped it once and the screen protector they put in shattered and so did the actual screen. I’m not happy with the quality of the product at all. Looks like I’m headed to Houston for Apple store.
Went in this morning for a broken screen and had me out super quick highly recommend!!! Place is awesome & my phone is back to life thanks to sour apple ☺️

Cheap parts. Repairs do not last. Screens lose touch sensitivity. Other shops don’t skimp on parts and charge the same price.
I was in College Station for the weekend and had a phone mishap and went to Sour Apple to get my screen fixed as I had used them before and was satisfied. The service was quick this time and the screen looked nice when I left. However my screen is very sensitive and there was a part of my screen that did not work. I called them a few times to see if there was anything that could do for me as I live 2 hours away and was told that they would call back. Never recieved those calls and had to call them back myself. Took them less than an hour to replace my shattered iPhone 6S screen... very reasonably priced and the team was just nice!
I Have been in for phone repairs for two different broken screens. Both times I had to make multiple trips in to get the new screen replaced due to poor installation or defects. I recently had it replaced again, and had to make 3 trips in, but have finally given up. It looks like i Will be dealing with an unresponsive screen until I eventually get a new phone. I’ll be going to the Woodlands or Austin for an actual Apple store in the future.
They replaced my screen on my plus and it was BAD . I got my phone back in a hour and it looked brand new , I had some trouble but come to find out my two year old submerged it in water . They did some water processing on it and replaced the battery and my phones back like new . Shout out to a lady there name Taylor . She was amazing .
