They use cheap replacement screens. I’ve had my phone screen replaced twice with them and my screen cracked again for a third time! My phone has a Defender Series Otter Box on it and it only dropped 2 feet from my hands and cracked AGAIN! The replacement screens are cheap and garbage!Go somewhere that doesn’t skimp on parts.
