Dr. Kay and Amber wonderful from the first phone call to inquire about my upcoming appointment. I received a mailer and had no idea this office was so close to our home. I immediately set a time to come in for a quick both ear video examination. Things seemed good and nothing at present time to be concerned about visually. Will absolutely keep the contact in my phone as at 61+ things are slowly changing with age and I would not hesitate to schedule a follow up should I need it down the road. I have been coming to Dr. Kay and Ms. Amber since December, and cannot recommend them enough. Every time I go, they are kind, quick, efficient, and are clearly knowledgeable on what they are doing. I will continue coming here for as long as I need audiology assistance! Getting hearing aids and accommodations in general can be very overwhelming, but these two made it a comfortable process.
