I was impressed during my visit at SoundWorks in Lake Worth, TX. The entrance and waiting area are very nice and the receptionist, Amber, was friendly and helpful. My exam with Dr. Lori Kay was beyond my expectations. She was very patient, asked great questions about my hearing condition, and explained my treatment process perfectly.
Dr Kay was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She walked us through the entire process with caring and an empathetic understanding of our feelings. Definitely an atmosphere of welcome.
Dr. Kay and staff are the greatest always there to help you when you need them the most
