Terrible experience. Brought my 2014 Dodge Durango in there to get a sub purchased and installed. It was expensive ($1400) which was reasonable being top of the line. Showed up on my only day off for an appointment I had made in advanced. They installed it in about 3 hours which was good. When it was ready they handed me my keys and I get in my truck and... *the sub only turned on when the volume was mid to high range...*my keyless entry was broken...*there was dirt and a mess in the trunk that wasn't there before...*all of ... read more
This is a great store to find all your electronics for video and home. I had Soundworks install a full theater system in my home just in time for the superbowl. It is nothing short of breathtaking. Thanks to Jake and his staff at Soundworks I now have a system that is the talk around town. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to get quality products and service with home and car video and audio.
