They do superior work! Best in town. You can beat the quality.
I can't say enough about these guys. Peter originally convinced me to go with two JL Audio 8s in my 09' F150 and to trust his judgement. Man was he right. My truck sounds awesome and they did my install in 2hrs. The speakers fit perfectly under my backseat. Kudos to Peter, Scott, Rob and one other guy who was working on my truck (never caught his name). These guys do awesome work in a timely manner. Thank you!
Custom installations in newer cars can be challenging, the folks at Soundwaves were extremely helpful, and my system came out incredible. There were a few bumps along the way, some issues with factory integration and fussy european electronics. It's one thing to get friendly service during the purchase, but when they are just as friendly and helpful when supporting warranty issues it really goes a long way. I called right before close Thursday for an issue I was having with my Jeep, something i didn't even know if they could help with, and didn't expect to get in right away. They told me to bring it in the next morning! They said it was not safe for me to be having the issue and wanted to make sure i was safe! They had it finished that afternoon!
