The doctors and nurses here are all very caring and take the time to listen to what is going on with you.
Waited a month to see Dr. Sammarco just to go to my appt and wait 30-40 minutes because he was running behind. When he finally arrived, he didn't apologize for the tardiness and he didn't look at any of my medical information beforehand to know what I was suffering with. He was very condescending, had an attitude, and was rolling his eyes all throughout my appointment. fire the entire front desk team. How can a big company like this not have trained employees? Front desk could not provide me with a motor vehicle insurance form and acted like they’ve never heard of it before? In CT the law states any medical care related to an accident needs to be billed to motor vehicle insurance. They basically said i could cancel my check up if I wanted that was all they could offer. I like this place and my Doctor but how are they not trained on this. My insurance agent was baffled by my experience.
