What a wonderful experience here with Tracy. She is kind and caring and very efficient. I have gone from hardly ever wearing my hearing-aids (after a bad time with a chain audiologist) to wearing them almost all day. Such a change. And they now feel comfortable and useful, and life-changing! Thanks a million to Tracy and her kind staff.
What a Revelation! These audiologists are the BEST. No hard sell of products, just pure help. My wife had become so frustrated by previous people, and was giving up. Tracy fixed everything after a thorough and careful examination. Can now hear, even whispering. a transformation.
Finally found a great audiologist for my dad after he had a few pushy/unpleasant experiences. Staff were so helpful and knowledgeable, even before he'd booked an appointment.
