RecommendedMy boyfriend bought me an automatic remote start for my car as a birthday present and I am absolutely thrilled with it. The employees at Sounds Incredible were incredibly helpful and responsive and did an excellent job installing it! I would recommend them to everyone!
By far they are the best at what they do.
I had a replacement antenna installed on my car last November. I wanted a traditional mast antenna but they told me an inside the front window model would work well. It was better than nothing, but not close to the reception in my other cars. The antenna performance has declined and when I went back, the only answer I received was that they were sorry to hear that I was unhappy. Their customer service is non-existant and I cannot recommend that anyone purchase here.

I was a customer for 3 years while living in the area. They do phenomenal work. What they do performs as expected AND their installs are clean and tidy, not a zip tie wire bundle mess. I've moved to Texas and have wanted these guys to be around many times. You just can beat Annie and the team.
I put a third--yes third--transmission in my 2000 Audi A6 for one reason: the system John & Annie put in this car years ago is still so good, I fear I'll never replicate it! And, they are as accommodating as they are busy. That's saying a lot. Now...if they could just stay in one location....:)
I have actually had a great experience my system had I little hiccup but theu fixed immediately and where very gracious friendly and professional ... highly recommend thanks Annie !!!
