Heather and Chris were incredibly patient, kind, and well organized. They took the time to answer all of my mother’s questions and made sure she felt comfortable using her new hearing aids. Thank you for the wonderful service and for making the entire experience so easy and stress-free.

I visited there on March 30, 2026, and spoke with Service Provider Chris and his administrative assistant, Heather. They are super friendly and cooperative. My time was worthwhile, and I gained a lot of knowledge about HearCanada. I appreciate them and recommend this place to all
My brother had trouble with he's hearing, they were able to find what was wrong with him (wax build up). They also did a hearing test the same day. The doctor also informed us about getting government assistance. The receptionist (unfortunately I didn't get her name my apologies) is going to help us apply for government assistance. The location is wonderful, it's within walking distance. Thank you to both of them. They are AMAZING.
