I have been seeing Dr. Dong for several years now with all three of my children. First I will say the service and attention from Dr. Dong and her staff is close to what you would experience if paying for a private concierge type office. You can almost always get same day appointments (completely unheard of at the last practice I was at within a big hospital setting), emails and calls are retuned same day, prescriptions are filled and paperwork or forms you need are all completed in usually no more than 24 hours. Do not recommend this doctor, she’s not respectful at all and had me waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. Very disappointed.
