Today's make 2 weeks since I came in. I spent $1050 for a radio and installation. Way over what I'd budgeted for but the salesman seemed all too proud of their 25 years in business. Only after starting the work they told me the steering controls wouldn't be operational because they forgot to charge me for something. If I came back with more money, they'd happily fix my car correctly. As of 4:00pm today, I've had to replace a fuse twice because it keeps blowing. Never had this issue before. Soundbytes, you guys did an excellent job installing, the sounds in my Jeep. The sound quality is fantastic and with financing being available, it wasn't nothing to think about.
These people don’t email or call back. How do you own a business if you can’t respond to requests for service? I’ve called twice. Messaged direct from them website and emailed.
I Came There and my radio was completely not working, and my speaker cables were jacked up!! If I turned my radio up to high it would screech But I didn’t know that they did a check up and let me know everything man I left out of this place the same day with fixed speaker and An Amazing Sony Radio Touch Screen!! Not only did I get the radio fixed they then gave me a gorgeous detailing man!!! Definitely recommend this place they have it all will be back!!!!
