Great customer service. Very accommodating and very helpful. My ear canals are smaller and I needed hearing aids that fit my ear canal and they recommended an alternative that fit better.

I recently purchased a set of Soundbright Minis at the suggestion of a friend. Im impressed by the quality of the product as well as the price point at which I was able to purchase them at. I did have an issue with the shipping because I accidentally used my old address when placing the order but the customer service team was able to help me get things straightened out quickly.
