Excellent experience they work very well I am very satisfied for the price this is a great choice I would recommend these aids to anyone I have a feeling that they work just as well as a 2 or 3 thousand dollar set and they give you a recharging case plus very good instructions just charge them up and go
I mistakenly ordered two sets when I only needed one, of course. I have tried for a week to reach a customer service representative through telephone and email with no response.
Horrible experience. I never received the hearing aids that I paid for on July 10, 2025. I spoke to a ***** ****** at Hear.com and his excuse was we have many orders and can't keep up. **. I want my money back. I've contacted the Better Business Bureau and launched a complaint/claim through ************* *****
I ordered from them on June 23 and my order was to be shipped the next day. It has now been over two weeks and I have not received my order. Their response is they are having a high volume of orders and it is taking longer to process.
I do like them, except for the color!!I have short hair and I would prefer a more neutral color. The black color sticks out like a sore thumb!!The only other thing is i paid extra for insurance and have asked for the paperwork showing that .And have not received it or even received any information in regards to insurance!
Problems with earpiece that keeps coming out of the ear. Also noises or interference with other divices or other sound system.
So far I am very satisfied with my hearing aids. No loud metallic nosies.
If you have big hands this item will be hard today handle when it comes too changing wax filter and domes other than that they are
I am very much satisfied, they work great, the ability to adjust the volume, the blue tooth,a full day on the batteries, and the fit, you dont know they are there, above the ear, no wind noise,!or whistle or worrying about falling out. I had some ear buds first, never again. I am very much satisfied, I am a 72 yr old male
