Founded By Mervin and Evelyn Vatland as Electronics Associates in 1966, they moved to 1828 W. Wisconsin Ave, the present location of Muntz Audio-Video and changed the store name to Sound World. The business grew to one of the largest stereo stores in the Northeast Wisconsin and in 1978 Sound World moved to their present location at 3015 W.
