❌❌❌I had an appointment on the 18th, and the doctor prescribed eye drops for me. However, at the pharmacy they said they needed a second authorization from the doctor. I called your office, and you assured me that the message was given to the doctor. Yet today, when I went to pick up the medication, I found that the doctor still hasn’t authorized it.
