Staff is wonderful. Spent enough time with my mom to ensure the right fit for her.
Difficult getting in to doctor. They won't let you make a follow up appointment when you leave, even though you know you have to go back in 3-4 weeks. Hours do not accommodate people who work. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and are only open from 9-5 Monday-Friday.

I was very happy getting my hearing test at Sound Solutions in HB. The staff was nice and the doctor was so great at explaining what was going on with my ears. Finally someone gave me some answers! Great place to go if you want expert help.
