My daughter needed hearing aids so we were referred to Sound Solutions. After putting down a deposit and waiting for 5 months we still didn’t not have the hearing aids. Every time I called to get information, I could only talk to the ladies in the front and was never able to talk to the director of operations or anybody who could tell us what the wait was for. I finally cancelled my order, got my money back, and got a referral to a new audiologist who got us hearing aids in less than a month. Not to mention, I feel that I wa... read more
Staff is wonderful. Spent enough time with my mom to ensure the right fit for her.
Difficult getting in to doctor. They won't let you make a follow up appointment when you leave, even though you know you have to go back in 3-4 weeks. Hours do not accommodate people who work. Closed on Saturday and Sunday and are only open from 9-5 Monday-Friday.
Great place! The staff had me sign in and took me back before I could even sit down! The was great very nice and very efficient!
