The young man who assisted me was very patient. He explained how the test would be performed and answered all the questions I had. The receptionist was also very kind
My daughter needed hearing aids so we were referred to Sound Solutions. After putting down a deposit and waiting for 5 months we still didn’t not have the hearing aids. Every time I called to get information, I could only talk to the ladies in the front and was never able to talk to the director of operations or anybody who could tell us what the wait was for. I finally cancelled my order, got my money back, and got a referral to a new audiologist who got us hearing aids in less than a month. Not to mention, I feel that I wa... read more
