The property that was managed by this company did a poor job. The grass and weeds were unkempt for much of the spring and summer. There were areas that needed some improvement (such as broken lights), damaged gutters, broken pavers, but the property manager, Christian Wong, did not tend to these areas. Unfortunately, as a tenant, I've had a very bad experience with them. I've been renting for 10+ years in multiple cities around the US and have never seen anything like this. Their property manager that I work with, Chris Tanaka, added a hidden fee to my rent payments without any type of notification. The only way that I realized was that I was getting email alerts that I wasn't paying my full rent, which was because they were subtracting this hidden fee from my rent. Really terrible service. Ask to tour a listing with Christian Wong at 5pm on Sunday. 4pm he messaged me saying he wont make it at 5pm but will let me know when he is on the way, I was waiting until 5:30pm within the area for his convenience but he never showed up or message me to let me know if he is coming or not. Completely waste of time. Will not recommend this place if you want your house rented.
I had a great experience as a tenant with this company. Vic (my property manager) was very proactive whenever I needed him and was flexible and caring overall.
Chelsea is wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful.
