I spent $350 on installation and bought a amp for my 6 by 9s I spent close to $500 on October the 5th. 2 weeks ago I smelt a burning smell and music cut off (I’m in a brand new charger) I took my car back she said wires under my hood melted because of to much ampage and I needed a thicker bigger wire I was charged $56 today my music stopped again at this point I’m close to $600 in! This is the worst place in Knoxville. Please do not waste your money.
Well I will tell you there one of the cheaper tint places in Knoxville area but they still use top tint from what they say (lumar tint). The area where this place is little ruff but for the money your saving worth it. Tint turned out pretty good barely a line when you roll down the window . Ok parts don't like is say if there was something you don't like with the tint unless it is a big bubble they will fight with you tell you nothing we can do I did not like that at sound factory or like some other places you say hey don't ... read more
