I assisted with getting someone in Sound Minds’ day program, transportation was coordinated through the agency, then no one showed up for the first day. I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone since and basically we’re ghosted by the organization. Very unprofessional and disorganized. This was very disappointing, especially when you have people with psychiatric disabilities relying on this service and are looking forward to participating.
