I felt I had good success with neurofeedback therapy. I did a year of sessions, twice a week. It was very convenient to do at home, and the options to watch videos etc made it even easier. I felt like I was able to control my emotions much better thru my treatment. I would recommend it to anyone struggling mentally and looking to try something different.

I have had the best experience with EMDR and neurofeedback at Sound Mind. The combination of those two therapies have helped heal my trauma and eliminate my anxiety. I feel like myself for the first time in decades.
