Had a great experience and great facilities in Glenview IL (only one I’ve been to but high praise)

My experience with this clinic was disappointing. While some individual therapists may be competent, I had concerns about how certain matters were handled at the organizational level. Communication and administrative processes did not meet the standard I expected. I would encourage others to carefully evaluate whether the clinic’s structure and policies align with their needs.
Erica is a wonderful warm person who shows empathy and really listens to you. I highly recommend Sound Mind Counseling for whatever you need.
Erica and her team are a lovely group of clinicians who are very knowledgable about a wide variety of mental health issues. I had the opportunity to provide a training for them and really enjoyed interacting with such a thoughtful and engaged group. The space Erica provides for continuing education is evidence of the group's commitment to cutting edge, high quality mental health services. I trust them as a referral partner and am grateful to have such competent colleagues in the field!
