I was referred to Sound Mind Counseling by a colleague of mine. It was the best recommendation! Erica, the director, is such a sweet lady and matched me up with a wonderful therapist. I was pleasantly surprised by the treatment plan devised for me. My therapist helped me immensely with my mental health. She was understanding, compassionate, supportive, caring and always professional. I was in a very dark place and my therapist helped me see the light. I would highly encourage others who seek help to reach out to SMC.
