I have worn hearing aides since digitals first came out. There was no help for me before they were invented. I have only seen audiologists since then. I just had my 6-month complementary hearing aid cleaning/checkup with Sound Hearing, specifically Joseph Neve. This is a great service provided to their customers. I purchased my hearing aides in 2014 and have been very satisfied with their follow-up free services including adjustments for hearing changes, hearing tests, lifetime free batteries. They are very professional and a great value for the price and follow-up services. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service, very professional and knowledgeable. I learned so much from my visit and I am so glad I got started taking care of my hearing early! I am happy to know that nothing is wrong with my ears/hearing at this point but I am going to keep coming back to make sure along the way. Dr Rachel did a great job educating me on early intervention and how hearing works so I will recommend her to everyone I can!
