Dr. Neve has been very helpfully and knowledgeable. I received my new Starkey Livio Edge AI brand Hearing aids on September 14, 2020. I am very happy with the new technology. I’m especially pleased with the Starkey TV Streamer which allows me to watch my favorite shows and not have to rely on subtitles.
