The technician was very thorough with checking on what caused my garage door’s problems. He then installed the new one, showed me how to use it, and helped me set up the remote feature in my car. Overall, it’s a job well done!

Showed up on time, explained what had to be done and completed work quickly. Very courteous young men. Price was very reasonable.
We had a couple of panels of our garage door broken. Spoke with Jon. Shortly after that he came and inspected the problem. A couple of days later Baylen and Anthony came (in spite of the snow that was still on the roads) . Not only they replaced the panels but made a couple of changes to prevent the problem from happening again. Thanks Jon, Baylen and Anthony!!

Sound installed a garage door opener for us some time ago and did an excellent job. Today, with the roads a mess and still snowing, they came out when I called to repair my door, which would not close. They were a true life saver.
