Great experience today. I thought I needed a new opener, but when the installer arrived. he said, "Let's look at a couple of things, first," Turns out there was a problem with the electric eye that needed adjustment. So a simple adjustment saved me a unnecessary expense. Plus he explained what to look for in the future. Refreshingly honest! I've used Sound for a number of years and highly recommend them.
