I have a dear friend who is an alcoholic. Usual type of history, multiple hospitalizations, and treatment centers. Years of sobriety, followed by another crash. Each deeper than the last. I had her join me and wait in the waiting area while I had my session. She met and chatted with other clients. She made an appointment. Long story short, their approach helped her in her recovery. You've got to love the complete lack of phone etiquette from front line employees/reception. Speaking to me like I'm a piece of crap, meanwhile I'm trying to get help to not attempt killing myself again. Yep, you guys hire real winners!
Sound community help me get my life together I can honestly say it's a good program just have to put the work in to get better🙏🏾
