Called Re: my 16 year old gas fireplace that wouldn't light. Don was very free with advice on troubleshooting my problem. After verifying the part needed , (the gas valve was defective), he then offered to check locally for a valve here in town. I told him I'd been looking on the net for the valve. In about a half hour he called back and said he had found it here for the same price, and could pick it up that same day and would bring it by my house the next day, which he did! Never delivers on promises. Paid $500 for him to get my fireplace working. All he did was clean the glass, paint the wall and vacuum the fireplace. He seemed to make a good amount of money off an hour of work.
