George was very kind and was quick to provide the report for a condo I am purchasing. I appreciated the long drive he made to come work with us. Just one problem. He had run the dishwasher while completing the inspection, and when the cycle was over and he was finished, he left the building. I was there with my realtor and on our way out, we discovered that the dishwasher drain had leaked all over the cabinet and the kitchen floor, which had been completely overlooked in the inspection and not included in the report.
