Charged us for updating and activating our reciever only to have to spend hours on phone with Dish to get our new reciever to update and activate. We brought brought our antenna to be tested was all. I called to complain about being charged for a service not performed. Instead of having any remorse or concerned for customer satisfaction I was informed I was wrong. I had a terrible experience with Sound Bank. I scheduled an installation and the guy totally flaked. Complete no show. When I called to ask about why my cameras weren't installed all I got were excuses and attitude. No apologies or attempts to rectify the problem. They never even attempted to contact me even though we spoke the day before to go over the install. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want the job not to be done and then have people be rude to you when you ask why give Sound Bank a call.
