Went into Sound Advice in 2025 to get a Boss head unit put into my wife's car. The team at Sound Advice did an amazing job with the install! Stereo works perfectly and they did a great job with the dash fit too! Went in last week (April 2026) cause I was installing a head unit myself in my truck, but had some wiring needing expert advice. The team at Sound Advice were able to marry the wiring harnesses for me on the spot for a more than fair price, so I just had to plug and play! Again, amazing work and great service!
Very disappointing experience. I was clearly quoted $450, but after the job was done, the price suddenly became $554 with random issues added at the end. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If there were extra problems, they should have been explained before doing the work—not after, when the customer has no choice left. This kind of surprise pricing is not acceptable. I recently purchased a new car radio from Sound Advice Audio and had it installed there. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I did need to return a few times for some adjustments and to better understand how everything works—these modern radios can feel like a bit of a spiderweb with all the options. Each time, the staff were patient, kind, and took the time to walk me through everything clearly. Their level of service was truly outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
