Came in today because the work truck popped a fuse, and was shocked to not see the guy we've been coming to for years. Ashton was the guy in the chair, and he helped me out big time before my drive to the mainland, closing in ten minutes he really pulled through what i thought was a pointless trip cause theyd be closed or closing soon. Subpar customer service and communication here, unprofessional and lots of problems. Broken heat vent (didn’t apologize or even mention it) gauged big chunks of my dash out obviously not being very careful. Charged multiple times for the same job only to be told they can’t do it after the 2nd time tearing it apart and looking at it. I had to find out myself after I paid that my steering wheel controls didn’t work, and then when I asked I got a different story from every person.
