I recently purchased a new car radio from Sound Advice Audio and had it installed there. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was excellent. I did need to return a few times for some adjustments and to better understand how everything works—these modern radios can feel like a bit of a spiderweb with all the options. Each time, the staff were patient, kind, and took the time to walk me through everything clearly. Their level of service was truly outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
Amazing service. I brought in my car stereo that they installed several years ago which stopped working and they fixed it for me on the spot in less than 15 minutes. Great team at Sound Advice.
Today I had the pleasure of dealing with Joe and Jason they went above and beyond my expectations I ended up paying so much less then places I’ve been to in the past for subs these guys know what they are doing and talking about if your are looking for a great experience this place is top tier
I've walked past this business for years living downtown, I knew exactly where to go when my Android infotainment head unit started giving me grief. They installed accessories I bought online and in store, gave me a great selection and their honest opinions on each issue.
I recently found Sound Advice Ltd. while searching on google for a place to get my car stereo fixed without needing an appointment. I arrived just before closing, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. A staff member—either Jay or Joe (I apologize for forgetting the name)—quickly attended to my issue.
