This was the first time I have attended workout classes like this and I was nervous at first, but so happy I jumped in. The classes are challenging but easy to follow. The instructions are clear and they give alternate exercises if you need help. All the people who take the classes are nice as well, it has a family vibe and feel even for new people.
Have been going to Soul Sweat for about 3 months now and couldn’t be happier. Personal training with Analys, group classes and open gym - all equally amazing. Analys and Jorge have a passion for what they do, and it shows. They care about their clients and put in the effort to ensure classes are varied, fun and tough. I never been this motivated to work out and it’s all thanks to Soul Sweat and the coupes behind it
I absolutely love this gym. Analyse & Jorge are so attentive and focused on perfecting your form and following your journey. They truly care and focus progress. I couldn’t recommend a better gym honestly. They have open gym and classes, both are great.
