Amazing experience at Synergy TMS! The staff makes you feel like family from the moment you walk in. The sessions are quick and painless, and the environment is super welcoming. You can tell they really care about your progress. I would 100% recommend it to anyone struggling with mental health.

Highly recommend Hayden if you’re looking for therapy in/near Miami. Especially if you’ve tried therapy before and felt like it didn’t fully click. She uses EMDR and other approaches to help you actually change patterns that have been hard to break for a long time. The office is very warm, and it felt really natural from the start 🤍

If you’re looking for therapy in general or EMDR therapy, I’d highly recommend Hayden. She knows what she’s doing and really creates a comfortable space. I highly recommend!

If you’re dealing with anxiety or wanting to change relationship patterns and are looking for something deeper with real change, I’d highly recommend Hayden. She uses EMDR in a way that helps you get to the root of things, not just manage symptoms. The space feels very warm and genuine.
