I had a really good calming and relaxing experience at full moon roof top yoga. It was my first time doing yoga. It was self reflecting and if more yoga sessions are like that I'm definitely interested in doing some more. The instructor was Liz and well I have a soft spot for her :) ❤️
This studio is beyond amazing !!! The vibe is the true to form and classes with Lizz speak to the soul ✨. #rejuvenates and #authenticates oneness Also -Had my first experience with "cupping" therapy today with Stephanie Munley, and I have to say I am beyond excited with this technique. I had a wonderful experience with Stephanie, the massage therapist! She even came in on the 4th of July because to help me deal with some pain I was in. The space is beautiful and Stephanie has magic in her hands!! Thank you so much!
